Lead the end-to-end engineering of platforms and solutions for complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives. Mentor Solutioning, Engineering, and Delivery teams, and collaborate closely with CXOs and senior stakeholders to provide strategic guidance, scope initiatives, and ensure accountability for outcomes.

Foster innovation and delivery excellence by building and scaling high-performing engineering teams. Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI, Data Engineering, and Cloud technologies, while upholding best practices in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, and agile methodologies. Oversee solution scoping, estimation, design, architecture governance, and implementation quality.

A seasoned Technology Leader with 20–25 years of experience in IT services/product organizations, including 5-7 years in leadership roles managing teams of 75-150. Strong experience in engineering-led delivery, coupled with a deep understanding of the IT services ecosystem, engagement models, and client delivery frameworks is essential.

Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with sales, practice, and account delivery teams, and to lead engagements with client/multi-vendor PODs. Experience advising and influencing MD/CXO level stakeholders on technology strategy and execution is crucial. Expertise is required in leading teams delivering full-stack applications, API-based solutions, cloud platforms, data & analytics, AI/ML, and modernization initiatives. Solid grounding in architecture, microservices, and scalable system design is expected. Flexibility for short-term overseas and domestic travel is also required.
