Lead end-to-end M&A transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation, structuring, due diligence, and negotiations. Manage key client interactions throughout the transaction lifecycle and cultivate long-term relationships. Drive business development and identify M&A opportunities within the IT Services and broader Technology ecosystem. Bring deep sector knowledge to develop compelling transaction strategies supported by robust analysis. Mentor and guide a team of Associates and Senior Associates, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of client work.

Requires a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). A minimum of 5 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on IT Services, Technology Services, or the wider Technology sector. Demonstrated ability to independently lead M&A transactions with significant client-facing responsibilities. Proficiency in analytical thinking, valuation, and financial modeling, complemented by strong commercial judgment. Experience in definitive agreement negotiations and transaction documentation is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.
