Our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) division helps clients reimagine ecosystems and reshape portfolios. We assist corporations, private equity, governments, and other institutions with complex strategic, financial, and operational challenges, focusing on capital allocation, financial planning, and decision support to enhance capital efficiency and manage risk/return trade-offs.

Develop and implement financial models tailored to diverse client objectives. Prepare comprehensive marketing collateral for strategic advisory services. Conduct strong analytical assessments to define long-term sustainable solutions for complex client challenges. Our key focus areas include Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling and Economics, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring and Turnaround Services, Project Finance and Infrastructure, and EY Parthenon Strategy and Execution.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management and 3 years in Financial Analysis.
