This Associate Vice President role within our National Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - S&E - Deal Management team in Mumbai offers a unique opportunity to work across diverse industries. Our SaT division helps clients navigate complex strategic, financial, and operational challenges, optimizing capital allocation and driving competitive advantage through our Connected Capital Solutions.

We focus on key areas including Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling and Economics, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring and Turnaround Services, Project Finance and Infrastructure, EY Parthenon - Strategy, and EY Parthenon - Execution.

Demonstrate a robust understanding of deal management processes within a consulting framework. Critically assess business needs and develop strategic solutions aligned with client requirements.

Utilize analytical tools effectively to evaluate deal structures and enhance outcomes. Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless deal execution.

Provide strong support to teams in proposal development and effective management of project deliverables. Foster a collaborative approach to serve multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal mandates.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required for this role.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management, 4+ years in HR Operations, and 3+ years in Business Intelligence and Financial Analysis. Experience in Technical Writing (2+ years), Artificial Intelligence (3+ years), and Product Management (4+ years) is also valued.
