This Associate Vice President role within the National Strategy & Transactions (SaT) - Strategy & Execution (S&E) practice in Mumbai focuses on driving client success through strategic technology initiatives. You will collaborate with clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and embrace a future-proof approach. Leveraging our Capital Agenda framework, we address complex strategic, financial, operational, and commercial challenges for diverse clients.

Our SaT practice offers comprehensive solutions, including Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling and Economics, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring and Turnaround Services, Project Finance and infrastructure, and EY Parthenon Strategy and Execution. We empower clients to optimize capital allocation, manage risk/return trade-offs, and achieve competitive advantage through improved decision-making.

Lead enterprise-wide technology assessments and digital transformation programs, developing strategic roadmaps, future-state architectures, and operating models aligned with business objectives. Drive AI strategy initiatives, identifying and prioritizing use cases across various value chains, and assessing AI maturity and risks. Manage technology M&A engagements, including due diligence, carve-outs, separations, and integration planning. Advise clients in the Industrials & AMI sectors on Industry 4.0, smart factory, IoT, and OT/IT convergence. Effectively lead project teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development and practice growth through thought leadership and sector expertise.

A Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree is required, with Master of Engineering, Master of Science, or MBA degrees also highly valued. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Tech M&A. Successful candidates will possess a collaborative approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful solutions in complex environments. Agility, curiosity, and adaptability are key attributes for thriving in our dynamic team. Experience in leading client engagements and developing junior team members is essential.
