The Associate Vice President role within our Strategy & Execution practice focuses on guiding clients through technology-driven business strategies and digital transformation.

We leverage our Capital Agenda framework to address complex strategic, financial, and operational challenges for a diverse clientele including corporations, private equity firms, and government entities. Our expertise spans portfolio review, capital allocation, financial planning, and decision support, utilizing advanced analytics and tools for optimized capital deployment.

We specialize in areas such as Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling and Economics, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring and Turnaround Services, Project Finance and Infrastructure, and EY Parthenon Strategy and Execution.

Lead enterprise-wide technology assessments and digital transformation programs, developing technology strategies, roadmaps, and target operating models aligned with business goals. Support executive stakeholders in prioritizing strategic initiatives and investment cases. Define enterprise AI strategies, governance frameworks, and identify AI use cases across industrial value chains. Lead Technology Due Diligence (buy-side and sell-side) engagements, assessing application landscapes, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data platforms, and AI capabilities.

Advise clients in manufacturing, industrial products, energy, utilities, and engineering sectors on Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, IoT, and OT/IT convergence. Evaluate industrial application ecosystems including ERP, MES, SCADA, and PLM. Manage project teams, lead client workshops and presentations, and coach senior consultants. Drive proposal development, thought leadership, and business development activities.

A Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering degree is required, with preferred fields including Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics and Communication. Postgraduate qualifications such as a Master of Engineering, Master of Science in Data Science, or Master of Business Administration are also highly valued.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Technology M&A.
