This role is part of our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) practice, focusing on transforming public services through digital initiatives and strategic reforms. You will leverage your expertise to help clients navigate the evolving landscape of public sector operations and achieve enhanced performance.

Lead infrastructure advisory engagements with a strong emphasis on Project Management Unit (PMU) setup, governance, and program coordination.

Develop and implement startup policy frameworks within public sector contexts.

Analyze trade promotion policies, map stakeholders, and provide implementation support.

Structure consulting deliverables, synthesize complex data, and create clear, actionable reports and presentations for decision-makers.

Manage cross-functional advisory workstreams for government and infrastructure projects.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required, complemented by a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management.

Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure advisory, including PMU setup, governance, and program coordination, is essential.

Familiarity with startup policy frameworks and their application in public sector settings is crucial.

Proficiency in trade promotion concepts, policy analysis, stakeholder mapping, and implementation support is expected.

Candidates should possess strong skills in structuring consulting deliverables, synthesizing data, and preparing decision-ready reports and presentations.
