Drive technical excellence by conducting demand forecasting for electricity needs and ensuring adequate supply. Perform due diligence on electricity distribution projects, assessing feasibility and regulatory compliance. Analyze technical and non-technical losses within the distribution network to identify and implement improvements. Develop and execute strategies for revenue enhancement across metering, billing, collection, and infrastructure. Create comprehensive process manuals for connection and revenue management in electricity distribution operations. Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to boost operational efficiency. Prepare investment proposals for electricity distribution network upgrades and expansions. Develop Detailed Project Reports (DPR) for new initiatives within the distribution sector. Conduct feasibility studies for Feeder Segregation and Renewable Energy integration into the distribution network. Design MIS dashboards to track essential performance indicators for utilities, demonstrating an understanding of the Indian power sector's regulatory environment.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Power Management is required. Minimum of 8 years of experience within the power sector is essential. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal standards.
