The role is within the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) division, specifically focusing on M&A Advisory within the Consumer Products and Healthcare (CHS) sectors. CHS encompasses retail, agri-business, health sciences, and wellness, where we help clients navigate complex challenges and achieve profitable growth.

As part of SaT, you will help clients reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios, and reinvent for a better future. We utilize a Capital Agenda framework to address strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions, supporting a diverse range of clients including corporates, private equity, governments, and educational institutions.

You will play a key role in the end-to-end execution of mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund raises, and strategic transactions within the Consumer Investment Banking team. This involves close collaboration with founders, corporate clients, private equity funds, and strategic investors on high-impact deals.

Key responsibilities include leveraging strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities to support transaction processes. You will also be responsible for preparing essential investment banking documents such as CIMs, teasers, and pitchbooks. Contributing to the execution and successful closure of live transactions will be a crucial aspect of the role.

To excel in this role, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is required. A Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) are also considered.

We are looking for individuals with at least 6 years of experience in Project Management, and 3 years in Business Analysis and Financial Analysis. Significant client engagement and deal exposure are essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and ownership skills are paramount. The ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, coupled with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, is vital.
