Drive end-to-end execution of mergers & acquisitions, private equity fund raises, and strategic transactions within the consumer ecosystem. Engage directly with founders, corporate clients, private equity firms, and strategic investors on high-impact deals. Develop and deliver compelling investment banking presentations, CIMs, teasers, and pitchbooks.

Leverage strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities to provide strategic insights. Manage multiple assignments efficiently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of ownership and initiative.

Possess a strong understanding of M&A and Private Equity transaction processes, coupled with robust financial modeling and valuation expertise. Demonstrated experience in preparing essential investment banking documentation and a proven track record in executing and closing live transactions.
