Lead end-to-end execution of mergers & acquisitions, private equity fund raises, and strategic transactions.

Collaborate closely with founders, corporate clients, private equity funds, and strategic investors on high-impact deals across the consumer ecosystem.

Develop strong client relationships and provide expert advice on complex financial and strategic issues.

Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, client-facing environment while maintaining high standards of ownership and attention to detail.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial investment banking professional with a strong understanding of M&A and Private Equity transaction processes.

Essential qualifications include excellent financial modeling and valuation capabilities, with proven experience in preparing investment banking presentations, CIMs, teasers, and pitchbooks.

A minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management is required, alongside 3+ years in Business Analysis and Financial Analysis.
