This Associate Vice President role within the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - Strategy and Execution (S&E) practice, focusing on Corporate Strategy for the Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors (CHS), is based in New Delhi. You will contribute to advising clients on reimagining ecosystems, reshaping portfolios, and innovating for a sustainable future.

Drive technical excellence in commercial due diligence (CDD) for consumer sector transactions, encompassing market sizing, competitive analysis, and growth evaluations.

Apply structured problem-solving and consulting frameworks to define hypotheses, scope analyses, and formulate actionable strategic recommendations.

Construct and present compelling narratives and presentations that translate rigorous analysis into clear, defensible insights for senior stakeholders.

Synthesize consumer, market, and financial data to validate investment theses and identify key value drivers and risks.

Ensure high quality and analytical rigor across all project deliverables, maintaining accuracy and consistency in client-ready outputs.

A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD).

Possess the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal stipulations.

Demonstrate a practical, agile, curious, and creative approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions while maintaining positive energy.
