This Associate Vice President role within the Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) and Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - Transactions, Corporate Finance (TCF) - M&A Advisory team in New Delhi is crucial for driving client success in a dynamic business landscape. AMI focuses on industries like Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation, helping clients navigate evolving market needs.

The SaT team assists clients with strategic, financial, operational, and commercial challenges using the Capital Agenda framework. We support diverse entities, including corporates, private equity, governments, and educational institutions, in managing key financial issues and optimizing capital allocation. Our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) enhance competitive advantage and returns through improved decision-making across strategy, corporate finance, M&A, and more.

The Associate Vice President will be instrumental in the Real Estate Investment Banking team, focusing on business development, transaction origination, and end-to-end deal execution. Responsibilities include managing transactions from client engagement and deal conceptualization through structuring, investor outreach, term sheet negotiation, due diligence, documentation, and financial closure.

This role also demands significant business development and revenue generation. You will build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers, institutional investors, private equity funds, family offices, credit funds, NBFCs, and other capital providers. Identifying actionable opportunities and cultivating a sustainable transaction pipeline are key objectives.

We are seeking candidates with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Essential experience includes working in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or lending.
