Join our Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility & Infrastructure (AMI) team as an Associate Vice President for Financial Diligence within the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) practice. This role is based in New Delhi.

As an Associate Vice President, you will be instrumental in delivering technical excellence in financial due diligence. This involves assessing target company performance, scrutinizing quality of earnings, and identifying key deal risks.

You will analyze historical financial statements, working capital trends, debt, and cash flow dynamics to support transaction advisory engagements. A key part of your role will be evaluating financial data, pinpointing critical red flags, and translating complex findings into clear, actionable diligence outputs.

Your expertise in structured financial analysis and deal-focused reporting will be crucial. The position also requires a solid understanding of general consulting practices applied to financial diligence across both buy-side and sell-side transactions.

To excel in this role, a Chartered Accountant qualification is essential, complemented by a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
