Opportunity for an Associate Vice President - Delivery to lead Record to Report operations. Oversee end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting processes for a diverse global client base.

Engage actively with clients, providing regular updates and rigorously tracking, reporting, and ensuring adherence to all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Guarantee comprehensive compliance and mastery of accounting and reporting standards as per IFRS.

Collaborate closely with major global corporations within the financial reporting arena to deliver precise and timely outcomes.

Cultivate and lead high-performing teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and ongoing enhancement.

Champion large-scale change management initiatives, encompassing process redesign, automation, and standardization efforts.

A mandatory Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required.

Possess 10–14 years of post-qualification professional experience, specifically in accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, and Finance Transformation.

Demonstrate robust knowledge and practical experience with IFRS-based accounting and reporting frameworks.

Present a proven history of successful engagement with large global organizations in the financial reporting sector.

Exhibit expertise in SAP or comparable ERP systems.

Experience within the real estate industry is advantageous.

Strong understanding of both IFRS and German GAAP is essential.
