Join a dynamic finance transformation team as an Associate Vice President - Delivery, focusing on project management. This role is crucial for driving functional excellence, enabling innovation, and supporting long-term growth within enterprise technology and performance.

Be a key business partner, contributing to project commercial and risk management. Your insights will inform critical decisions for stakeholders, including JV partners, and will be communicated clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.

Drive project commercial and risk management, conducting scenario analysis on commercial drivers and contractual arrangements.

Identify strategies to meet or exceed project budgeted results. Prepare and present financial insights in project governance forums.

Manage debt strategy, project funding analysis, and transaction activities. Analyze investment committee papers and JV meetings.

Oversee the commercial assessment model, update assumptions, and manage cash flow phasing. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of internal and external reporting with variance analysis.

Handle statutory submissions, present in review meetings, and manage distribution forecasts, tax reviews, and equity funding calls. Provide technical accounting analysis under IFRS.

Support business units with accurate financial transaction recording and process improvement. Collaborate with the project team and senior management on ad-hoc commercial/financial tasks.

Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, project accounting, or a related discipline.

Tertiary and post-tertiary qualifications are essential, including CA or CPA certifications. Experience in development or property sectors, along with proficiency in Oracle ERP and forecasting tools like Anaplan or advanced Excel models, is highly preferred.

This role operates on an early shift schedule, starting at 5:30 AM. "PAN India" location indicates flexibility across various sites within the country.
