Seeking a dynamic Associate Vice President of Process Excellence and Transformation to lead high-impact reporting, operational transparency, and transformation initiatives within F&A processes. Lead comprehensive process excellence and transformation initiatives across Finance & Accounting (F&A).

Drive process standardization and best practice sharing across different geographic regions.

Execute process re-engineering using Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, AI, and automation techniques.

Manage enterprise-level transformation programs from execution through benefit realization.

Define, monitor, and govern Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Leading Performance Indicators (LPIs) for F&A operations.

Report on business metrics, providing insightful analytics for continuous improvement.

Own monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting, including trend analysis and root cause identification.

Implement corrective and preventive actions to address performance gaps and SLA breaches.

Perform volume baselining and effort estimation for accurate FTE planning.

Partner with global and cross-functional stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into actionable outputs.

Enhance service quality, turnaround time, accuracy, and compliance in collaboration with operations leaders.

Develop and maintain performance dashboards for executive and stakeholder reviews.

Design and execute multi-year transformation roadmaps encompassing Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and digital enablement.

Drive data governance, quality improvements, template standardization, and system enhancements.

Prepare governance materials and executive summaries for leadership forums.

Lead transformation and technology teams to scale automations, AI, digital solutions, and process standardization.

Spearhead transformation projects focused on process optimization, automation, and analytics modernization.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Possess a minimum of 18 years of experience in Finance operations, Shared Services, and Business Process Management (BPM) delivery.

Demonstrate a proven track record in delivery excellence, SLA/KPI management, and transformation initiatives.

Exhibit strong domain expertise across Finance & Accounting, Payroll, and Procurement within GBS/Shared Services/Managed Services environments.

Previous experience leading automation, reporting modernization, or process optimization initiatives is essential.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is preferred.

Exposure to ERP and enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and various Payroll and Procurement tools is necessary.

Strong proficiency in data analytics and dashboarding tools like Minitab, Power BI, or Tableau is required.

Possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience in Quality Monitoring, Driving Continuous Improvement, and Training and Capabilities, including Critical to Quality identification, Error Classification, Root Cause Analysis (e.g., 5-Why), Value Stream Mapping, and Automation opportunity identification, is crucial.
