Lead strategic delivery and management for critical Managed Services and Build Operate Transfer (BOT) engagements. This role ensures high-quality execution, drives operational excellence, and fosters client satisfaction and account growth within the Applications portfolio. A blend of deep technical knowledge, strong leadership, and client focus is essential for aligning delivery capabilities with evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities include portfolio leadership, client relationship management, and driving delivery excellence across diverse projects. You will also be instrumental in resource planning, capability building, and establishing robust governance structures.

Serve as the primary Delivery Lead for assigned AMS and BOT accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across custom apps, packaged solutions, cloud-native, mobile, and web platforms. Drive automation adoption to minimize client escalations and disruptions. Foster strong client partnerships by developing strategic delivery plans aligned with digital transformation goals and ensuring transparent, proactive communication. Supervise and mentor teams, manage escalations, and oversee the entire application lifecycle from design to support. Collaborate with resource management for optimal squad allocation and build team capabilities through upskilling and mentoring.

A minimum of 10 years in IT application delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing application portfolios, is required. Hands-on experience delivering large-scale application services across multiple technology stacks (custom, packaged, SaaS) is crucial. You must demonstrate a proven ability to manage and scale geographically dispersed teams in an onshore-offshore/hybrid model. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT is mandatory, with a Postgraduate degree in Management or Technology (MBA/M.Tech) being a preferred advantage.
