Lead the delivery and strategic management of crucial Managed Services and Build Operate Transfer (BOT) engagements. This role is pivotal for ensuring high-quality execution across all AMS and BOT initiatives. Collaborate closely with account managers, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, enhance client satisfaction, and foster account growth.

The position requires a strong foundation in technical and domain expertise, exceptional leadership abilities, and the capacity to align delivery capabilities with evolving client needs and overarching business objectives. You will report directly to the ADMS leader.

Oversee assigned AMS and BOT accounts within the Applications portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery across development, support, and application management projects. Govern delivery across custom applications, packaged solutions, cloud-native platforms, mobile, and web-based technologies. Drive automation adoption and minimize client escalations. Partner with clients on strategic delivery plans aligned with digital transformation goals, ensuring high client satisfaction and transparency.

Manage application lifecycle services from design to support. Supervise project teams, ensuring effective prioritization and management of escalations. Collaborate on resource planning and capability development, mentoring team members. Define governance mechanisms, including KPI tracking and issue logs. Work closely with Transition, Change Management, and Transformation teams for seamless onboarding and continuous improvement.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT application delivery is essential, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity managing application portfolios. Demonstrate hands-on experience delivering large-scale application services across diverse technology stacks, including custom, packaged, and SaaS solutions. Proven ability to manage and scale teams across different geographies, leveraging an onshore-offshore/hybrid model.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT is mandatory. A postgraduate degree in Management or Technology (MBA/M.Tech) is preferred. Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Agile/SAFe, or cloud-related credentials are a significant advantage.
