This Associate Vice President role within Business Consulting focuses on the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, Telecommunications) sector, addressing challenges and opportunities in a rapidly evolving industry. We empower TMT companies to enhance customer experiences, optimize operations, and drive value through strategic M&A and technological innovation.

Identify and capitalize on opportunities for margin improvement and revenue enhancement by pinpointing revenue leakage and performance gaps. Develop data-driven hypotheses to explain these gaps and prioritize interventions based on financial impact and feasibility. Create initiatives to boost margins through billable utilization, employee productivity, fulfillment efficiency, and workforce cost optimization.

Formulate initiative-level business cases, value trees, and implementation roadmaps. Establish financial baselines and tracking mechanisms to monitor identified, committed, implemented, and realized value. Collaborate with Finance and business teams to validate assumptions and ensure measurable, sustainable benefits. Build compelling business cases for transformation initiatives and strategic investments, and develop executive dashboards to track margin and operational performance.

Candidates should possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Business Intelligence is required.
