This Associate Vice President role is within our Business Consulting practice, specifically focusing on Marketing, Sales, and Service within the Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors. We help clients navigate complex market dynamics, enhance customer engagement, and achieve sustainable growth through data-centric approaches and strategic business model transformations.

Leverage strong consulting expertise to drive enterprise cost-reduction programs across direct and indirect spend, logistics, and operational areas. Improve manufacturing efficiency through initiatives focused on throughput, yield, asset availability, and energy optimization. Lead EBITDA improvement programs across the value chain using a structured, data-driven methodology.

Design and implement digital and AI strategies, developing AI-led profitability improvement initiatives for clients. Build compelling client propositions, actively support business development efforts, and ensure robust program and commercial execution. Collaborate across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

Possess a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Consulting.
