Leverage strong consulting expertise to lead enterprise cost-reduction programs across direct and indirect spend, logistics, and operational levers. Drive improvements in manufacturing efficiency through initiatives focused on throughput, yield, asset availability, and energy optimization.

Lead EBITDA improvement programs across the value chain using a structured, data-driven consulting methodology. Design and implement digital and AI strategies, developing AI-led profitability improvement initiatives for client organizations.
