The CNS - BC - Marketing Sales & Service team within EY Consulting drives long-term client value through strategic problem-solving, leveraging people, technology, and innovation.

This team encompasses Business Consulting, specializing in areas like Business Transformation and Supply Chain & Operations. We partner with clients to reimagine business models, drive growth, manage costs, and resolve operational challenges. Our expertise spans innovation, strategy, and deep functional experience in transformation, finance, supply chain, and operations management.

Drive technical excellence in operations or supply chain consulting, or plant leadership roles.

Achieve demonstrated impact in areas such as OEE improvement, debottlenecking, service level enhancement, or inventory reduction.

Apply hands-on experience gained in manufacturing environments, including process and discrete manufacturing.

Leverage industry exposure to sectors like Automotive, Cement, Metals, Industrials, or Heavy Engineering.

Collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements, while providing practical and insightful solutions to complex business issues.

A Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree is required.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning & Transformation.

Possess a practical approach to problem-solving and the ability to deliver insightful, actionable solutions.

Demonstrate agility, curiosity, mindfulness, and the capacity to maintain positive energy.

Exhibit adaptability and creativity in approaching challenges.

Prior consulting experience with reputable operations consulting firms is preferred.
