Lead and execute consulting engagements in areas such as Operations and Supply Chain transformation, focusing on enhancing OEE, debottlenecking processes, improving service levels, and reducing inventory.

Apply expertise in manufacturing environments, providing hands-on support and strategic guidance to clients.

Collaborate across client departments, ensuring solutions align with commercial and legal requirements.

Drive business transformation initiatives, leveraging functional expertise in areas like finance, supply chain, and operations.

A Bachelor of Business Administration degree is required.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning & Transformation.

Demonstrated impact in operational efficiency improvements (OEE, debottlenecking, service levels, inventory reduction) is essential.

Hands-on experience within manufacturing settings (process or discrete) is necessary.

Prior consulting experience with reputable firms is preferred.

Familiarity with sectors including Automotive, Cement, Metals, Industrials, or Heavy Engineering is advantageous.
