You will play a vital role in assisting clients with complex tax matters, working within a leading professional services firm.

As an Associate, your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation (Local File & Master File) and conducting functional, asset, and risk (FAR) analysis. You will perform benchmarking studies using industry-standard databases and help in preparing comprehensive transfer pricing reports. Additionally, you will support responses to tax audits, assist with income tax return filings, and manage TDS/TCS compliance. Your role will also involve working on advance tax computations, tax provisioning, and reconciliation, as well as drafting responses to tax notices and preparing submissions for proceedings.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong foundation in Transfer Pricing concepts and compliance. Essential skills include proficiency in preparing tax documentation, conducting thorough FAR analysis, and utilizing benchmarking tools like Prowess or Capitaline. Familiarity with Indian tax regulations, including income tax returns, TDS/TCS, and advance tax, is crucial. A CA intermediate qualification is highly desirable. Strong technical knowledge and clarity of concepts are paramount for success in this position.
