As an Associate, you will cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation (Local File & Master File) in accordance with Indian regulations. You will support functional, asset, and risk (FAR) analysis for clients and conduct benchmarking studies using specialized databases like Prowess or Capitaline.

Furthermore, you will aid in preparing transfer pricing reports, provide support for transfer pricing audits and assessments, and assist with income tax return filings for both corporations and individuals. You will also be involved in TDS/TCS compliance, advance tax computations, tax provisioning, and reconciliation. The role requires supporting the drafting of responses to income tax notices and preparing submissions for assessments or appellate proceedings.

We are seeking candidates with a strong foundation in CA Intermediate and a clear understanding of technical concepts.
