As part of the Payroll Operate team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality tax services. You'll engage directly with clients, manage tax filings, and provide advisory support, developing a comprehensive understanding of tax regulations and client needs.

Key responsibilities include conducting client engagements professionally and in line with contractual terms. You will prepare and file individual tax returns and e-TDS returns, draft submissions for tax authorities, and represent clients. Advising on employee movement structuring and gaining working knowledge of immigration and provident fund for expatriates are also integral parts of this role.

Operationally, you will assist in executing work within a group, ensuring adherence to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards. Efficiently utilize electronic working papers and research tools, acquiring and demonstrating competence in technical knowledge and compliance processes. Analyze and convert data into accurate and timely tax products, and thoroughly check documents for tax inspections.

We are seeking individuals with strong written and oral communication skills, proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential. You should possess strong analytical and numerical abilities, be enthusiastic, a self-starter, and a team player with good time management skills and the capacity to grasp details.

To qualify, you must be a certified CA with 0-1 year of relevant experience. Ideally, you will also have good interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, creative, and comfortable interacting with senior executives.
