Ensure accurate calculation, processing, and reconciliation of employee payroll data. Maintain a strong understanding of payroll compliance, statutory deductions, and tax regulations. Support end-to-end payroll operations, focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and robust control checks. Apply consulting skills to analyze payroll issues and contribute to process improvements. Maintain detailed payroll records and ensure adherence to internal policies and external compliance standards.

A Commerce Graduate qualification is required. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a relevant role. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Possess a practical, problem-solving approach with the capacity to deliver insightful and actionable solutions.
