As an Associate in our National Tax division, specializing in Payroll Operations, you will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end payroll processing. This includes precise salary computation, managing deductions, and ensuring timely disbursement. A key aspect of this role involves maintaining strong working knowledge of statutory payroll compliance, encompassing tax withholding, provident fund, and employee insurance regulations. You will leverage your proficiency in payroll systems to validate input data, execute payroll cycles, and perform accurate reconciliations. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for generating essential payroll reports and performing variance analysis, applying general consulting frameworks to identify and support improvements in payroll processes and controls.
