As an Associate, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining strong basic accounting knowledge, including accounting concepts, principles, and financial statement understanding. - Supporting statutory and internal audits, with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and General Ledger (GL). - Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes. - Managing Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) processes, including e-TDS returns and preparation of GST filing data. - Handling purchase and sales registers, and assisting with Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM).

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

- A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree. - A minimum of 3 years of experience in backend development. - Strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles and practices. - Proven working exposure to AP, AR, FA, and GL functions, including month and year-end closes. - Solid understanding and practical experience with TDS and GST regulations, including e-TDS returns and GST data preparation.
