This role is part of the National team, which collaborates across various industries to provide a comprehensive experience. Specifically, the CBS - FIN - FP&A Account Support team offers connected tax services globally. We leverage deep expertise and advanced technology to deliver critical insights, helping clients navigate tax policies and make informed business decisions.

Our services span Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax, and Transaction Services. We empower clients by reducing risk and driving sustainable value through strategic execution of tax and regulatory obligations, alongside operational and workforce management.

Key responsibilities include managing client and engagement setups, including client acceptance and background research. This involves setting up new clients in Mercury, completing OMS and PACE forms, and obtaining OAR approvals.

You will handle the engagement lifecycle in Mercury, setting up engagement codes, verifying GST details, and managing WIP/AR status. This includes processing ERP adjustments, code closures, and subcontracting.

Responsibilities extend to invoicing, including raising draft and final invoices, handling reversals and re-issues, and processing foreign office invoices. Verification of SEZ documents for billing and following up on client collections are also crucial.

Additional duties involve managing TDS follow-ups and reconciliations, processing overseas payments via OPRS requests, ensuring BRET compliance, and adhering to procurement processes for third-party services.

Furthermore, you will create EYI-MD workspaces, upload documents to GEAR, and prepare various reports. This includes daily/monthly reports, analyzing data, and weekly tracking of BU revenue, utilization, AR, and WIP for assigned locations.

To be successful in this role, a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) is required. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) is also preferred.
