As an HR Business Partner, you will act as a key HR advisor to business leaders and their teams, guiding people-related decisions throughout the employee lifecycle. You will gain a deep understanding of business unit strategies to align HR initiatives for maximum impact and measurable outcomes.

Leverage HR analytics to analyze employee satisfaction, attrition, performance, and engagement data, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership. Design and implement engaging employee experience initiatives, including team-building, wellness programs, and culture-building activities. Manage Rewards & Recognition programs fairly and effectively, ensuring alignment with performance and company values. Conduct regular employee connects to gather feedback, assess sentiment, and translate insights into actionable HR interventions.
