Lead and mentor a team of software engineers through the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications.

Drive technical direction and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions.

Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting best practices in software engineering and people management.

Ensure adherence to company policies, including those related to work location, team assignments, and flexible work arrangements.

Required skills include strong proficiency in React with JavaScript/TypeScript, expertise in .NET/.NET Core API development, and a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and system design.

Experience with SQL databases (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) and Git version control practices is essential.

Preferred qualifications encompass experience with scalable enterprise applications, knowledge of Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Containers), Microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines/DevOps practices.
