This role is part of our Technology division in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, focused on advancing AI and automation.

Design and implement cutting-edge AI systems for conversational search within medical content. Evaluate, debug, and refine conversational AI to ensure optimal accuracy and efficiency. Monitor and enhance system performance, focusing on latency, cost, and reliability. Explore and apply advanced techniques like reinforcement learning for self-improving systems. Drive end-to-end UiPath to Power Automate Desktop (PAD) migrations, including assessment and optimization. Develop and integrate AI/ML capabilities within the PAD framework for intelligent automation and accelerated migration. Collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Champion responsible and ethical AI practices throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance product capabilities and stay abreast of AI/ML advancements. Bring AI innovations from research and engineering into production-ready solutions. Adhere strictly to employment contracts, company policies, and directives, including flexibility and alternative work arrangements as business needs evolve.

A graduate degree or equivalent experience is required, preferably in Computer Science or a related field. Possess at least one year of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a strong emphasis on NLP and Language Models. Proficiency with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar LLM frameworks is essential. Experience with agentic frameworks and the development of modular, scalable AI agents is necessary. Demonstrated hands-on experience with Power Automate AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Agentic Frameworks, and GitHub Copilot. Solid experience in UiPath to Power Automate (PAD) migration, covering architecture, framework design, and automation transformation. Experience working with large-scale data processing and computing frameworks is required. Utilize GenAI tools like Copilot, Claude, and Gemini AI for efficient ideation, prototyping, and implementation. Apply Vibe coding techniques for clean, expressive, and AI-augmented codebases. Develop internal tools and scripts using AI to automate repetitive tasks and boost productivity. Stay current with emerging GenAI trends, tools, and ethical considerations.
