Seeking a motivated Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery and foster continuous improvement. This role focuses on facilitating cross-functional teams, enhancing team effectiveness, and maximizing business value through Agile and Lean methodologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Teams, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership to ensure predictable delivery and optimize value streams.

Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Coach teams on Agile values and best practices, ensuring consistent framework application and a culture of ongoing improvement. Proactively remove impediments that affect team productivity and delivery. Monitor sprint progress, velocity, capacity, and delivery metrics.

Support end-to-end value stream delivery by identifying and addressing bottlenecks for process optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance flow efficiency and reduce lead times. Track and analyze flow metrics, including cycle time, throughput, and work-in-progress (WIP). Facilitate alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes.

Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Foster transparent communication between business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership. Provide clear visibility into delivery progress, risks, and dependencies. Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
