Execute client engagements professionally, adhering to contract terms and client expectations. Responsibilities include preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and representing clients before them. You will also advise on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movements, with a working knowledge of immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates.

Contribute constructively to team performance evaluation and improvement. Leverage knowledge from individuals, databases, and other sources to enhance service delivery. Provide timely, high-quality work products that exceed client expectations, while maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Participate in group work execution, delivering assignments effectively and teaming with tax professionals for comprehensive tax solutions. Ensure assigned work adheres to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards. Utilize electronic working papers and various software applications efficiently for research and analysis.

Acquire and demonstrate technical competence by staying updated on industry trends and technical authorities, applying them to complex situations. Analyze and convert data into accurate and timely tax products. Thoroughly check documents for tax inspections and maintain the confidentiality of client relationships and work products. Proactively seek assignments and opportunities to provide tax services, challenging traditional procedures and exploring new approaches.

A certified Chartered Accountant (CA) is essential for this role. Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience, making this position suitable for freshers.

Key attributes for success include strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and possess strong analytical and numerical abilities. An enthusiastic and self-starting attitude, coupled with excellent teamwork and time management skills, is highly valued.
