As a Chartered Accountant with 1-8 years of post-qualification experience, you will analyze historical and projected financial information to identify deal-specific issues. You will assess the impact of these issues on transactions and valuations, proposing effective mitigation strategies.

Key responsibilities include conducting thorough transaction risk analysis, understanding deal structures, and advising on structuring considerations. You will maintain high team orientation and demonstrate strong communication, both written and oral, including report writing. Cultivating client relationships and possessing robust analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

To excel in this role, a qualification as a Chartered Accountant with a strong academic record is essential. We require at least 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
