This Associate role within the TMT (Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications) sector, specifically in Financial Diligence, offers a unique opportunity to work with organizations navigating industry convergence and transformation. As part of the Strategy and Transactions (SaT) TCF Financial Diligence team, you will contribute to clients' capital agenda by addressing critical strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions. This involves supporting corporates, private equity firms, governments, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. Your responsibilities will include analyzing portfolio reviews, capital allocation processes, financial planning analytics, and decision support, utilizing our advanced analytics and tools for better capital allocation.

You will also help clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to enhance decision-making around financing and capital efficiency. This includes supporting our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) offerings, which drive competitive advantage and increased returns through improved decision-making. Your work will span across Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling and Economics, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring and Turnaround Services, Project Finance and Infrastructure, and EY Parthenon.

Demonstrate strong technical excellence with robust analytical capabilities to thoroughly review historical and projected financial information during diligence engagements. You should be proficient in assessing revenue, EBITDA, working capital, and cash flow trends to inform transaction decisions. The role requires the ability to meticulously analyze the quality of earnings, balance sheet items, and key financial drivers with exceptional accuracy.

Prepare structured financial analyses, diligence outputs, and client-ready transaction support materials. A solid understanding of consulting fundamentals and financial diligence processes within transaction advisory environments is essential. For this position, a Chartered Accountant qualification and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis and Financial Analysis are required.
