The opportunity is for an Associate in our National Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - Transaction Capabilities and Foresight (TCF) - Valuation team in Mumbai. This role is part of a sector-agnostic team working across various industries, providing a well-rounded experience.

In this role, you will support engagement leaders on Business Modelling assignments. Key responsibilities include interacting with clients, developing and reviewing models, conducting necessary analyses, and preparing model review reports.

Technical expertise involves framing the right questions, analyzing business plans in MS Excel, identifying material issues, and preparing detailed financial models under strict deadlines. You will demonstrate strong knowledge of integrated financial statements, financial/operating ratios, KPIs, and nuances of different transaction models.

Experience with VBA in Excel (Macros, User Forms, Add-ins) is essential. You will also deliver bespoke trainings on Financial Modelling and Valuation to corporate organizations and finance professionals.

Additional responsibilities include supporting knowledge-sharing efforts, executing work for a multiple client base, developing rapport with client management, and exhibiting strong communication skills. For Seniors, this includes ensuring compliance with risk management strategies and identifying new opportunities for existing clients.

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess qualifications such as CA, MBA, or CFA. Individuals with strong programming skills (Software Engineering degree) and a good aptitude for finance are also encouraged to apply.

Past experience or skills in visualization and analytics software like PowerBI, Alteryx, or Spotfire are considered an added advantage.

We are seeking individuals with 1-4 years of relevant experience. Specific experience requirements include 2+ years in Frontend Development, 3+ years in Backend Development, and 3+ years in Business Analysis and Financial Analysis.
