As a Consultant, you will manage client engagements professionally, adhering to contractual expectations. Key duties include preparing tax returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and providing advisory on inbound/outbound structuring for employees. You'll also assist in operational excellence by executing assigned tasks effectively, leveraging firm methodologies, and utilizing electronic work papers for research. Demonstrating a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong teamwork are crucial for success.

To excel in this role, you should possess good written and oral communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and strong analytical and numerical abilities. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
