Key responsibilities include conducting engagements professionally and in line with client expectations and contractual terms. This involves preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, drafting submissions for tax authorities, and representing clients before them. You will also advise on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movements and gain working knowledge of immigration and provident fund regulations for expatriates.

Professionally, you'll exhibit a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and work constructively with the team to enhance performance. Contributing and leveraging knowledge from various sources is crucial. You will participate in executing work within a group, ensuring assignments are completed according to work programs, firm methodologies, and professional standards.

Operational duties involve using electronic working papers and software applications efficiently for research. You will acquire and demonstrate technical knowledge, staying updated on trends and applying them to moderately complex situations. Analyzing and converting data into accurate and timely tax products, thoroughly checking documents for tax inspections, and maintaining client confidentiality are also key aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, strong written and oral communication skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, alongside the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A strong analytical and numerical ability, coupled with an enthusiastic and self-starting attitude, makes you a valuable team player.

The ideal candidate will possess good time management skills and the ability to grasp details quickly. To qualify, you must be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-1 year of relevant experience. Ideally, you should also have good interpersonal skills, be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative, and comfortable interacting with senior executives both within the firm and at client locations.
