This Associate role within our Capital and Debt Advisory team in Mumbai offers a chance to work across diverse industries. Develop a strong grasp of core finance concepts, including capital structure, debt instruments, and working capital. Conduct proficient financial analysis to evaluate funding needs, leverage, and transaction feasibility. Build and interpret financial models to support recommendations for capital and debt advisory engagements. Analyze various financing alternatives and assess their impact on balance sheets and cash flow. Apply consulting frameworks to structure analysis effectively for capital advisory projects.

This role requires a Chartered Accountant qualification. We are seeking candidates with up to 1 year of experience, welcoming those who are new to the professional world.
