Our Global Government & Public Sector (GPS) practice is dedicated to assisting government clients with complex challenges, leveraging international expertise and local insight. The Government and Public Sector Transactions Services (SaT) is part of EY's GPS. This practice combines private sector best practices with a deep understanding of public sector needs to improve service delivery. It sits within EY's Transaction Advisory Services, a multi-disciplinary team renowned for its sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights.

As an Associate within Strategy and Transactions (SaT) - TCF - Infrastructure Advisory, you will contribute to client success by addressing critical strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions. You will utilize our Capital Agenda framework to assist corporations, private equity, governments, and other institutions with their key financial challenges.

This role involves working with clients on portfolio review, capital allocation, financial planning analytics, and decision support. You will leverage our analytics and tools to optimize capital allocation and help clients manage risk/return trade-offs for better financing and capital efficiency decisions.

Key focus areas include Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling and Economics, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring and Turnaround Services, Project Finance and Infrastructure, and EY Parthenon Strategy and Execution.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Post Graduate qualification and have more than two years of relevant experience, ideally within the Health Sector, although experience in other sectors will be considered.
