This role is within our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team, specifically focusing on Financial Diligence within the Financial Services sector. The financial services industry is undergoing significant transformation, driven by regulatory changes, digital innovation, and evolving competitive landscapes. Our team comprises strategists, technologists, and industry experts who provide fresh perspectives and sector knowledge to address these challenges, driving seamless collaboration and sustainable value creation for our clients.

As an Associate in Financial Diligence, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality client assignments. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough financial diligence with a strong understanding of risk management principles, identifying and escalating risk issues effectively.

You will manage smaller client engagements with near-independent responsibility, ensuring work quality and adherence to deadlines. A key aspect of this role involves supporting knowledge management by capturing and sharing best practices to improve team processes and efficiency.

Furthermore, you will develop strong relationships with client management and identify new business opportunities through professional networking, contributing to the growth and success of the team.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Chartered Accountant qualification and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
