Work closely with founders, corporate clients, private equity funds, and strategic investors. Develop strong financial models, conduct valuations, and prepare essential investment banking documentation. Contribute to the successful closure of live transactions, managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced, client-facing setting.

A Master of Commerce, Master of Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or Chartered Accountant qualification is required. Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Content Strategy, and Business Analysis. Strong capabilities in M&A and Private Equity transaction processes, financial modeling, and valuation are essential. Proven experience in preparing investment banking presentations and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments with ownership, initiative, and attention to detail are expected.
