The opportunity lies within the Consumer Investment Banking team, offering exposure to end-to-end execution of mergers & acquisitions, private equity fund raises, and strategic transactions. You will collaborate with founders, corporate clients, private equity funds, and strategic investors on high-impact deals within the consumer ecosystem.

Drive the execution of mergers & acquisitions, private equity fund raises, and strategic transactions. Develop strong working relationships with founders, corporate clients, private equity funds, and strategic investors. Provide expert financial modeling and valuation capabilities to support deal-making.

Prepare comprehensive investment banking presentations, CIMs, teasers, and pitchbooks. Contribute to the successful execution and closure of live transactions, demonstrating a high degree of ownership and initiative.

Required Skills & Competencies: - Solid understanding of M&A and Private Equity transaction processes. - Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills. - Proficiency in preparing investment banking presentations, CIMs, teasers, and pitchbooks. - Experience in executing and closing live transactions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - High level of ownership, initiative, and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. - Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications: - Master of Commerce - Master of Business Administration - Post Graduate Diploma in Management - Chartered Accountant

Experience: - Minimum 3 years in Financial Analysis, Content Strategy, and Business Analysis. - Demonstrated success in business development and transaction closure.
