This Associate role within our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team in Mumbai focuses on M&A Advisory for the Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors.

Our SaT division helps clients navigate complex strategic and financial challenges, optimizing portfolios and preparing for future success. We work with a diverse range of clients, including corporations, private equity firms, and government entities, providing expertise in capital allocation, financial planning, and decision support. Our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) offerings encompass strategy, corporate finance, integration, divestitures, and business transformation.

Support the execution of buy-side, sell-side, strategic partnership, joint venture, and fundraising transactions. This includes preparing essential marketing materials such as teasers and information memorandums, as well as developing financial models and deal-related presentations.

You will coordinate and manage due diligence workstreams with financial, commercial, tax, and legal advisors. Additionally, assist in managing virtual data rooms and transaction processes, and support senior bankers with pitch books and strategic presentations. The role also involves researching emerging investment themes and preparing sector reports and market assessments to contribute to client pitches and business development.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or an MBA from a premier institution.

Prior front-end investment banking experience of 1 to 3 years is essential. We are seeking adaptable and creative individuals with a practical approach to problem-solving.
