This position is within the Associate-CHS-SaT-SaT - TCF - Financial Diligence team in Mumbai. CHS encompasses Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors, focusing on retail, agri-business, customer engagement, and improved health outcomes through data-centric approaches.

The Strategy and Transactions (SaT) practice helps clients reimagine ecosystems and reshape portfolios. We address critical strategic, financial, operational, and commercial questions for a diverse client base, including corporates, private equity, and governments. Our expertise spans Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring, Project Finance, and EY Parthenon strategy and execution. We focus on optimizing capital allocation and managing risk/return trade-offs.

As an Associate in Financial Diligence, you will gain a deep understanding of target companies' business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges. You will analyze historical and projected financial information, identify deal issues, and assess their impact on transactions like valuations.

Key responsibilities include analyzing transaction risks and proposing mitigation strategies, understanding transaction structures, and advising on related structuring issues. You will contribute to a high team orientation, demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, including report writing, and possess robust analytical capabilities. Building client relationships and leveraging due diligence experience from M&A or Big 3 CA firms are essential.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Chartered Accountant qualification. We welcome applications from candidates with 0-8 years of experience in Audit or Due Diligence.
