As a Consultant, you will conduct engagements professionally, adhering to client expectations and contractual terms. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing individual tax returns, e-TDS returns, and drafting submissions for tax authorities. You will also represent clients before tax authorities and advise on outbound/inbound structuring for employee movements, alongside managing immigration and provident fund aspects for expatriates.

You will also focus on operational excellence by participating in group work, delivering assigned tasks effectively, and teaming with tax professionals for comprehensive solutions. Ensuring work aligns with the program, firm methodologies, and professional standards is crucial. This role involves utilizing electronic working papers and software efficiently for research, acquiring and demonstrating technical competence, and analyzing data to produce accurate tax products. Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive, cooperative attitude is paramount.
