AMI encompasses diverse industries like Aerospace and Defence, Chemicals, Infrastructure, Industrial Products, Automotive, and Transportation. The team works collaboratively to address the evolving business landscape, from product design to sales, fostering cross-sector innovation and resource pooling.

The SaT division assists clients with critical strategic, financial, and operational challenges. Utilizing the Capital Agenda framework, we offer solutions for financial planning, capital allocation, and risk management, supporting corporates, private equity firms, governments, and educational institutions. Key focus areas include Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Transaction Diligence, and Strategy through EY Parthenon.

As an Associate in M&A Advisory, you will leverage your expertise in the Investment Banking industry and the manufacturing sector to provide technical excellence to clients. This involves collaborating across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.

You will be expected to apply a practical approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions for complex client issues. The role demands agility, curiosity, and the ability to maintain positive energy, adapting creatively to diverse project demands.

To excel in this role, a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential. Significant experience within Investment Banking is also a prerequisite.
